An accommodation block with special rates has been secured at the symposium venue. The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as part of your registration.
Note: These accommodation rates do not apply for Saturday 3 February 2024. If you wish to stay at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal on Saturday 3 February 2024 please email ariana@laevents.com.au. The accommodation rate will vary between $435 and $495 per night. The special rates that we have negotiated for the conference apply to the nights of Sunday / Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday only – with a special deal for the Wednesday night accommodation, 25% discount.

A non-refundable night deposit is required at the time of booking by individual.
Accommodation bookings cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival incur no penalty.
Accommodation bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee.
No shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
